1 Our mechanic comes to your home; call-out charges within Almere cost €10 and the customer pays immediately.

2 For repairs that take more time, the fatbike is picked up and repaired in our workshop. Call-out charges within Almere amount to €10 and the customer pays immediately.

3 Fatbike inspection costs. These costs amount to €50 per hour and the customer pays immediately after the inspection. Repair costs are paid by the customer immediately upon delivery.

4 Fatbike screen display 25 km/h, the maximum legal speed for electric bicycles in the Netherlands.

5 Fatbike screen display 45 km/h is restricted to use on private property in the Netherlands.

6 Fatbike screen display Please note: Modifying a fatbike to increase its speed is not permitted on public roads and is entirely at your own risk. Use modification options only on enclosed grounds or private property. 7. Validity

8 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and deliveries of all products offered by the Hustlafatbikes webshop (www.hustlafatbikes.com).

9 Please note: Fatbikes / E-bikes Controller This product cannot be returned. Due to the nature of electronic components and the risk of damage during use or installation attempts, returns are not accepted. Therefore, please carefully check whether this product is suitable for your fatbike before ordering. If you meet the warranty conditions as described in this article, Hustla Fatbikes will repair or replace the defective part in a manner that, in our reasonable judgment, makes the fatbike operational again. We reserve the right to replace a defective part with an equivalent, non-defective part, which may also mean that the replacement part is used or refurbished. 10 Please note that the warranty lapses in the following situations:

11 Right of withdrawal

13 PLEASE NOTE: Returns are at the customer's risk. Hustlafatbikes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Therefore, please keep the return slip with the barcode of your package carefully. A return shipment will only be accepted with our permission.

14 A product that has already been paid for has no cooling-off period and therefore cannot be cancelled. 15 Liability

Webshop Hustlafatbikes accepts no liability for any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the incorrect use of our products. We therefore advise you to carefully read the product instructions (unless attached) before using a product. Webshop Hustlafatbikes is solely liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Webshop Hustlafatbikes. You can submit complaints to us via the email address below, after which we will do everything possible to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction. 17 Products that we have in their original condition, with removed labels and tags, and with damaged packaging, will not be accepted for return. 25 Do not forget to include the sender's address so that we know it concerns your return. Alternatively, put the packing slip back in the box so that we can see all the information immediately.
